Yoga - Rathanna!

  • Yoga on Friday in Rathanna Community Hall.

  • 8-9.30pm

  • 90 mins of breathwork, asanas and deep relaxation with Tibetan Singing Bowls. 

  • This week we will practice standing postures - a great start for all yogis.  Standing postures increase strength and help extend and integrate the whole body.  They also help energise while relaxing the nervous system and develop grace, endurance, perseverance and concentration.
