Candle-lit Yoga

Friday night Candle-lit Yoga and Restorative Sound Bath  combines breathwork, gentle yoga and deep relaxation with Tibetan Singing Bowls.  This is an evening of rest and restoration to calm the nervous system, reduce stress hormones, alleviate anxiety, and improve concentration and sleep which aid inner balance and resilience. 

During a session, participants lie down in a comfortable, candle-lit space, and engage in specific breathwork and gentle yoga before entering a meditative sound and vibrational healing - a "Sound bath"!

All are most welcome, and please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a pillow for comfort.
