'Boost Your Mood With Food'

As part of the Healthy Ireland At your Library Programme, there is a free Zoom Workshop on Friday 15th October at 11am with Gillian McConnell (Inside Out Nutrition). This Workshop is called “Boost Your Mood with Food”.

There is now ample evidence to show that changing the way we eat can have a huge impact on our mood and reduce the risk of depression. Learn practical tips on how to eat more of a Mediterranean diet that is rich in healthy fats, wholegrains, unrefined carbs and proteins.
